Advantages:

ERP system requires some modifications to overcome these disadvantages and to reduce the complexity of the application to be accessible to all , we will discuss some solution for that.
Solutions:
-          ERP system complexity should be reduced by enough and well training for the employee.
-          Reduce the cost by install the require features to operate the organization. (Ignore the additional features of the applications). (Suggestion from us).
-          Find good programmers to interact in the necessary situation. ( If the system damaged or need improvement)
-          Providing enough resources to solve the troubles of ERP system implantation.

The new technology provides an advancement control of the patient situation without the surgery interfere. Al-Mafarq Hospital is the first hospital is UAE who used this technology which monitor the oxygen level of oxygen in the blood and apply the most development technologies to watch the patient situation.  
Ms smith added that this transformation offers the first interesting medical method to follow-up the hemoglobin blood frequently , give the doctors the ability to do the blood tests without using the injections and also they will get the results direct.
In detail, this technology allow the hospitals to use non surgical ways to measure and control the blood components and the philological signs which was need a surgical actions including oxygen components ,hemoglobin overall and the breath ratio. SEHA announced that it will run the ERP (Enterprise resources planning )project in the organization and its branches. The project was applied to be in keeping with Abu Dhabi vision to implement the electronic government. This process was done to empower the efficiency and to improve the organizational performance.
This strategic step will help SEHA to manage its work by the latest modern technologies which will be helpful in the development process because it will increase the productivity and efficiency, reduce the cost and enhance service levels.
Previously the different departments in SEHA such ad HR and Accounting were supported by variety application, but with ERP all procedures and organizational process will be supported by the same applications. 3 
As any other application ERP has two directions, one is advantages and the other one is disadvantages. We will list some examples of these two direction below.

Seha decide to catch up of Abu Dhabi strategic so it applied a new system of all organization that belong it. That system enterprise resource planning (ERP) that lead to all department in Mafreq Hospital such as accounting, finance, marketing, support system, and Health information ...etc to integrated application  infrastructure.
Organizational: Mafreq Hospital use ERP system to integrate application between it and other organization such as Seha, Khalefa Hospital, Al Rahpa Hospital, and Twam Hospital to share information such as information about patient and the problem which they face.
Inter-organizational used ERP – SCM system. There is share information with the supplier such as Tenders, shipment date of receiving product, tracking the products, procurement, and price …etc.

There no stable suppler there is tender system that allow many suppler to competing to gain the deal, however in 2007 to 2010, (Bmrngerad international Ltd) was partner to Mafraq Hospital and it manage and guide Mafraq Hospital.
